Terms of Service
The terms you agree to by using this site and by engaging FERO. Last updated September 22, 2026.
What FERO does
FERO recruits, employs and manages remote staff across Latin America and places them with your business as executive assistants, operations support, and staffed support desks. We hire the person, employ them legally in their country, and manage the relationship. You direct their day-to-day work.
Engagement and term
Engagements run on a three-month minimum, then month to month. The minimum exists for both sides: it covers the ramp-up and the SOP build, and it protects a person who is leaving other work to take your role.
After the minimum, either side may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
Fees
Rates are the ones published on our pricing page unless your agreement says otherwise. Those rates are fully burdened: they cover the person's pay, benefits, insurance, statutory entitlements including any thirteenth-month pay, and legal employment in their country. There is no separate placement fee.
Fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due on receipt unless your agreement sets different terms.
If someone is not the right fit
Tell us. We replace the person at no additional cost and carry the training across, and the engagement continues. The three-month minimum is a commitment to the role, not to a particular individual.
Your responsibilities
You give your assistant the access and context the work needs, you direct that work lawfully, and you do not ask them to do anything illegal, unsafe, or outside the scope you engaged us for. You are responsible for your own systems, your own data, and for the accuracy of what you put into them.
Our people
Staff placed through FERO are our employees or contractors, not yours. Nothing here creates an employment relationship between you and them, or between you and FERO. If you want to hire someone directly, talk to us first and we will work it out rather than have it happen quietly.
Confidentiality and work product
Everyone we place signs a mutual NDA before any system access. What your assistant produces for you in the course of the engagement belongs to you. What FERO brings to the engagement, including our training material, SOP templates and internal tooling, stays ours.
Using this site
The content on hirefero.com is ours. Do not scrape it, copy it wholesale, or represent it as your own. Pricing and claims on the site are current at the time of publication and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment or a guarantee of a particular result.
Warranties and liability
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the service is provided as is, without further warranty. FERO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and the courts of Utah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before either side files anything, we agree to talk.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and material changes affecting a live engagement will be raised with you directly.
